Alanna Volp (designer/chalk artist/illustrator) is the owner of PELE CHALKBOARD SIGNS & DESIGN. With over ten years of experience in the food service industry, she is immersed in and familiar with this dynamic industry and its demands, as well as being up on all the current trends, prices and products.

Alanna brings her skills as a designer into many different areas of interest. In addition to the design, building and application of chalkboard signage, Alanna is a floral designer. She creates floral arrangements for a variety of events from weddings and birthdays to restaurant and showroom arrangements,and always brings a fresh and contemporary style to nature's beauty. A portfolio of work is available upon request.

She currently lives in Vancouver BC, Canada where she enjoys the vibrant cultural community, as well as the mountains, lakes, rivers and oceans of this beautiful province. Alanna is also a 2nd degree Reiki practitioner, trained in Nepal. Having graduated from a three year full-time modern dance training program, she is developing her skills as an emerging choreographer in Vancouver's contemporary dance scene. She is interested in bridging the arts with community and teaches dance and art at various centers in Vancouver.
